We will email you after we ship your order or if there are any updates. If you sign up for our account, you can see which purchases are en route. You can also check your order through your order number.
What happens when my item is back-ordered?
If the items aren't available at the time of shipment, the order will be added to the backorder list. We will ship these items later, and we will provide you with a notification to update you when the order is ready to be shipped.
How do I know if ordering online is secure?
You can check your browser window to determine whether your connection is secure. The SSL should be active, which helps us secure your private information from data breaches.
What is a Credit Card Authorization?
Once you have placed your order, a pre-authorization hold for the full amount will be applied next to your card. Please note that the pre-authorization tag will take around seven working days to be removed automatically.
What is my order status?
You can view your order status by looking up your order.
How will you know where and how to send my physical product?
If you order a physical product, a Shipping Information page will appear during checkout so you can enter a shipping address and choose a shipping method.
Should I put spaces or dashes in the credit card number?
Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers.
Can I order without a credit card?
No. The only form of payment accepted is with a credit card.
How will the charge show up on my credit card?
The charge will appear on your credit card as: "DRI*Western Digital Online Store".
Why are you not accepting my credit card?
We will not bill you until your product(s), including backordered or preordered items, are actually shipped.
How do I enter a shipping address?
A shipping information page will be presented where you can enter a separate shipping address and the shipping method can be chosen.
