- Our Apparels does not accept returns on some products due to sanitary purposes.
- All orders must be returned in their original packaging and state that they were purchased to be eligible for return
- In all return packages, please make sure to include the receipt or invoice. If you don’t have the invoice or receipt, include the order number and a complete item description.
- If an item is damaged, please email us a picture of the damaged area on the item with the tag still attached and indicate damage or defective in the subject line.
- Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it if you believe that your order was damaged or you may have received the wrong item. Give our customer support a call so that they can resolve it as soon as possible.
- Please do not return the item before you contact us and get approval to return the products. Please inspect the products and contact us within three business days of receipt. No exceptions will be entertained.
- If we receive notification within three days, the return will be accepted, and no credit, gift card, or store credit will be issued. We remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.
- Coupon codes and promotional discounts do not carry over.
- Coupon codes cannot be combined with other items already on sale or other coupon codes. Coupon codes must be used at the time of purchase.
